Here at TYS we take a slightly different approach to fitness. Amongst the many Yoga and Pilates classes on offer, people can experience the gravity-defying freedom of Aerial Yoga that involves performing a series of exercises inspired by yoga and pilates, while hanging from a fabric hammock suspended about a metre above the ground.
It is wonderful to have a dedicated space for fitness and movement in which to create a beautiful and tranquil environment which encourages people to explore the many different aspects of what we offer. We welcome everyone to try Yoga & Pilates, both have many benefits as almost every part of the body is forced to move and stretch, toning, strengthening and rehabilitating all the muscles and joints in the process of finding your fitness levels.
